Resolving The Problem

Sometimes an installer package will download successfully with no error message.
However, you will not always receive an error message during an unsuccessful download.

To resolve the issue:

1. Download the installer package again to a specific location on the machine (for example the Downloads folder in This PC).
2. Run the package from the saved location on the machine.
