Error Code: -3003 The licence information stored on that computer is not valid

Some error cases require a corrupt license file stored on your PC be deleted . A keyboard shortcut is available to solve the issue, see below:

• Start the application so that the Error window is displayed
• Press the Tab key first, then press Ctrl+Alt+D (there is no feedback that this action was successful)

If the keyboard shortcut did not work, it is possible to delete the license file manually:

• The content of the following folder needs to be deleted: C:\Users\Public\Documents\AFMG-License Please note, that this folder is hidden by default.
• Restart of EASE will show License Activation Login window

Now you should be able to work with your EASE 5 again!
