I installed EASERA, but it crashes immediately after starting the software.

It is possible that a computer cannot use the EASERA File Explorer. 

To fix this, start EASERA by double clicking on an EASERA file (for instance: %PUBLIC%\Documents\EASERA10Data\Samples\Measurements\IR3.etm). In EASERA open the Options dialog [F9] and check the Use Simplified Version check-box in Load/Save Options.

Next time you start EASERA the Windows File Explorer will be used.
