I am trying to install EASE and get "Catastrophic Failure". How do I fix this problem?

Look for the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\InstallShield Installation Information\{7BA1A360-647C-11D4-A0F9-00105ACC16E5}\ and delete it. Then re-try the installation.

Please note that C:\Program Files (x86)\InstallShield Installation Information\ is hidden by default.
