Start EASE Evac with Default Settings (Win 11)

If you get an Unhandled Exception with EASE Evac, please try starting with default settings.

On Windows 11 you can do this by typing "EASE Evac" in the Search box in the TaskBar, then select EASE Evac (Start with default settings) from the list.
