Create EASE Evac Status Report Windows 10

Type “create status report”  in the Windows 10 web and Windows search box on the taskbar to see a list of all “Create Status Report” Apps :

Click “Create Status Report” for EASE Evac from the list and send the ZIP file that gets created to us as instructed.
